Never stop creating viral place to be visited, Bali now has new hot spot in Batanyuh Belayu, Marga in Tabanan Regency. This 10 are of sunflower field was started from the desire to manage less productive paddy fields by a farmer in Marga, Wayan Dika. This flower field now becomes new agritourism destination by people in and outside Tabanan.
Wayan Dika said that his previous field was very dry that he could not plant anything except in wet season. He also stated that he did not plan to create an agritourism at first, but only a flower field with its flower to be harvested and sold. But who knows, this brilliant idea becomes an amazing income for Wayan Dika.
In a day, this spot can be visited by 250 up to 500 visitors. Beside enjoying the beautiful view of sunflowers, the visitors, which are mostly teenagers, also use this field to take pictures and share them to social media, which makes this place viral.
Now, Wayan Dika along with his friends is preparing gapura, toilets and ticket stall for the sunflower fields. In the future, Wayan Dika has planned to enlarge the fields to 35 are. It will be not only sunflowers, but many other flowers to be planted.
