- Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
- Coverage Area: Toyabungkah, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Candidasa, Songan, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, and Kintamani
- Pick-up and drop-off services outside the designated areas will be subject to additional fees of IDR 150,000 per person. Please pay the surcharge in cash directly to the driver upon pick up

Cancellation Policy
- We do apologize, Cancels less than 24 Hours customers are required to pay 50% of the total price which will be taken by our staff on that day to your hotel.
