Hotel Pick Up Information
- Hotel pick up and drop off is available with additional surcharge. Please book the surcharge unit if you require this service
- Price is per car with maximum capacity 7 person
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
- Coverage area for additional hotel pick up and drop off: Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Tanjung Benoa, Kedonganan, Jimbaran, Tuban, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, Keramas, Ubud, Payangan area

- No Down Payment for booking, the payment will be cash (IDR, USD, AUD) directly to my driver who’s picking you up
- Please let us know one day (24 Hours) before for cancelation.

Cancellation Policy
- We do apologize, Cancels less than 24 Hours customers are required to pay 50% of the total price which will be taken by our staff on that day to your hotel.
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
